We all gathered on a hot July weekend in Tennessee for my granma's 80th birthday. People came from all over - California, Ohio, Texas, Kentucky. It was the first time we had all been together in 20 years. I was so busy finishing up my dissertation that it was hard to travel, but I am so glad that I made it.
